“Check in was easy. Smoke detector missing from room. Exposed wires. Unknown substance on the wall. Security door on North side unable to close. Anyone could come in. ”

“Absolutely worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in rough hotels in Mexico. I got into the room and left the hotel 20 min later.”

“Checking in we were greeted by a group of oilfield workers hanging around the front door and not letting you in. The initial receptionist was friendly, but she was the only one. There was a clerk in training, but they were left alone. When we got to the room the furniture was old, torn and uncomfortable. The desk chair was wobbly. The bedspread had black marks and makeup (I hope) on it. The thermostat was hard to figure out. We had to leave it on 77 to 78 which would freeze you or burn up……

“Manager was nice and super understanding when we asked to change rooms from a noisy neighbor. The second floor balcony was so warped and felt like you would fall through. Some of the wood bent and you could see where they just patched previous holes. The towels were all a gross yellow color and not white at all. The cleaning lady kept walking into our room 5x!!!! Never knocked. Finally the 5th time my partner and I were in the middle of….activities……and she just opens the door and make direct……
